Meet Dr. Brooke Smith, DO

Dr. Smith is an osteopathic family medicine physician. She believes in well rounded, comprehensive primary care and strongly values developing a personal relationship with her patient so that she can treat them as a whole. She has developed her practice in this model of care so that she can help patient's get the care they deserve.

She was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. Her family and community has brought her to serve in Southeast Ohio. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She enjoys all things outdoors: hiking, picnics, camping, Jeep rides (when it is up and running), and walking around the lake. She is a beginner vegetable gardener. She has two dogs, a cat, and an ever fluctuating number of fish. ​​
