Meet Dr. Brooke Smith, DO
Welcome to Thornville Direct Osteopathic Care
Hello
Dr. Brooke Smith is a family medicine and osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal medicine physician. She believes in well rounded, comprehensive primary care and strongly values developing a personal relationship with her patients. She has developed her practice in this model of care so that she can help patients get the care they deserve. Her goal within direct primary care is to provide higher quality care at an affordable cost.
She was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. Her family and community brought her to serve in Southeast Ohio. She has been working in Southeast Ohio since starting her residency in 2021 with a focus on rural and underserved communities.

Hobbies:
Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She likes to do all things outdoors - hiking, biking, camping, Jeep rides (when it's up and running). She enjoys going for a walk on a nice day. She is a beginner vegetable gardener and harvests maple syrup.
Pets:
She has two dogs, a cat, and an ever fluctuating number of fish.
