What is Osteopathic Manipulation?

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that osteopathic physicians (DOs) are trained in to help your body function better. During OMT, your doctor uses their hands to apply gentle pressure, stretching, and movement to muscles, joints, and other tissues. It can be used to help restore range of motion and function to the body, to help relieve pain, and restore your body's natural ability of self healing.

We provide OMT to members and nonmembers. Members receive a discounted rate.
